Description

This accommodation is in Tepli Bok just 2km from Primosten; Afrodita apartments are ideally situated right on the waterside with beautiful sea views. Primosten is just a short drive and is a charming town on a stunning peninsula with a curving promenade off which are some excellent spots for swimming as well as good restaurants overlooking the sea, such as 'More', 'Kamenar', 'Babylon', and 'Bila Lucica'. This really is a delightful place to stroll around in the evening; and the best place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the sun set is at Bar Nautica. In the centre there is also a fruit and vegetable market as well as a good selection of shops for everyday needs.

Only 25km away is the UNESCO heritage site of Trogir with its delightful harbour and large choice of outdoor restaurants. Another interesting place is Marina Frap 5km from the house. Here you will find a splendid marina with smart yachts and a promenade full of bars and cafes plus a great restaurant; 5km away is the fascinating old Palace of Rogoznica. Visit the beautiful National Park of Krka only 40 minutes drive away to enjoy some splendid scenery and great walking trails.

This property has direct access to the sea with a rocky beach only 5 meters away where the owner has made a jetty where you can sunbathe or swim from. The property has 6 apartments over three floors and Croatian Affair has selected 3 one bedroom (Type A) and 1 two bedroom apartment (Type B). The units are modern and well finished and the charming owner lives on the ground floor and is happy to give you information on the area. A shared utility room houses a washing machine. Outside is a spacious terrace and a garden plus a swimming pool 8m x 4m with good views of the sea and the islands.

Type B (sleeps 4) is 60m2 and is entered into the hall. On your right is a well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge and a microwave and a door to the living/dining room; this has dining table and chairs to seat 4 plus sofa, coffee table and satellite TV - access is from here to the lovely balcony with table and chairs and great sea views. Off the kitchen is a twin bedroom, a shower room/WC and double bedroom with sea views. The apartment has air-conditioning.
