Description
Situated in the beautiful little village of Celopeci just 10 minutes drive from the Croatian pearl town of Dubrovnik, this newly built and tastefully decorated villa offers a perfect and peaceful holiday. The nearest shop is a supermarket 2.5km from the villa.
In Dubrovnik, a UNESCO heritage site, you will find plenty of pebble beaches and a good selection of restaurants like ‘Nautica’, ‘Proto’, ‘Dundo Maroje’ in the old town or by the sea which offer local Dalmatian specialities such as grilled fish and meat. Dubrovnik is full of entertainment, culture and architectural heritage; you can also catch ferries to the Elafitski Islands and to Mljet, one of the best National Parks.
You should also visit the town of Cavtat on the sea coast just a few kilometres drive away. It has a great selection of restaurants plus some lovely spots for swimming.
This tastefully decorated villa is surrounded by a 500m2 garden. You enter from a covered terrace area which has a barbecue which faces the 7m X 3.5m swimming pool which has an outside shower and sunbeds. You enter directly into the air-conditioned living/dining area with a dining table, chairs, a sofa and a fabulous fireplace; there is also a satellite TV and Hi-Fi with CD. From the dining room you have a splendid view to the swimming pool through a large window. On the left hand side of the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, and dishwasher. On the same floor is a separate WC /shower with a washing machine.
Steps leads you up from the living room to the first floor which has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom/WC.
