Description
This lovely property is in the village of Orasac an old village up on the hillside full of stone houses only 9km from Dubrovnik; it is located on an elevated position with a delightful terrace and pool area overlooking the sea and the Islands of Kolocep, Sipan and Lopud. The nearest shop is 500 metres, and the same distance is a pebble beach by the 5 star Radisson Hotel at which you can also take advantage of its choice of restaurants and bars as well as its wellness centre and spa. 10 minutes up the coast is the charming village of Trsteno with its Botanical Gardens and a good restaurant. Only 15 minutes away in the other direction is Dubrovnik, a Unesco Heritage Site; this is a magnificent medieval centre full of historical buildings, as well as a myriad of little streets full of shops, bars and restaurants such as 'Nautica', 'Proto', and 'Gilles'.
This large property is sea facing and it is split into two separate apartments which are entered from the outside terrace. In front of the house is a shared 6m x 4.5m swimming pool with sunbeds, parasols and outside shower. The friendly owner lives in a separate apartment attached to the house and is happy to give you any local advice if you need it.
You enter from your own patio area directly into the living/dining area with dining table and chairs to seat 4, sofa and satellite TV. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker,oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. On this floor is a separate wc and a small utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs are two shower room/wc's, a double bedroom, and another double bedroom that can be made into a twin; both bedrooms have a satellite TV, sea views and a balcony. The whole apartment is air conditioned and has broadband internet access.
