Description
Canicada is a well appointed and spacious property which provides exceptional accommodation for up to eight guests. The large living/dining room is warm and welcoming and provides access to the patio and barbecue area. The kitchen is particularly pretty, with lovely painted blue tiling throughout. A second sitting room provides a casual space for relaxing and socialising, with a billiards table and a bar area.
There are four bedrooms; one twin and three doubles, two of which have access to a large veranda. Canicada has a unique clear-top covered swimming pool with glass walls which offer panoramic views of the lake and mountain range. There is also an attractive, well maintained garden filled with hydrangeas, pine trees, oaks, chestnuts and a sunny patio with barbecue area.
The small and picturesque town of Gerez is only 2km away, where you can visit the natural spa and sample the spring water. Around Lake Canicada, you can hire canoes, rowing boats and motor boats, enjoy a leisurely swim or sunbathe on the shore.
