The property lies just 2km to the south of the mediaeval village of Trets, with its historic centre within the remains of its ramparts which have mostly been converted into new homes. From the property a 25 minute walk takes you to the village. It has several restaurants and cafes and shady boulevards as well as a midweek market. The town of Aix-en-Provence, with its historic centre is less than a half-hour drive. This bustling university town offers boutiques, cafes and restaurants which spill out onto the shady boulevards and squares.

Beautiful countryside and interesting places to visit are within easy reach of this area, such as the Luberon, Marseilles and the Cote Bleue, or the Calanques and the Cote Varoise to the south including Cassis and Le Ciotat, and the Camargue to the west.

This is a pleasant and tastefully furnished modern villa situated in the countryside in a secluded garden of some 5,000m2 mostly enclosed and laid to grass with trees and shrubs for shade. It has a swimming pool (11m x 5.5m x 1.6m max. depth) a short distance from the large covered terrace with barbecue and ping-pong table. The main entrance leads from the covered terrace into a dining hall which is open-plan to a small fitted kitchen with dishwasher and French windows and to a sitting room with fireplace, hi-fi unit, DVD, satellite TV, and large sliding windows to the garden. A lobby to one side of the dining hall leads to a utility room with washing machine, a separate wc and the garage which remains locked.

Upstairs, off the landing, are a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room/wc and a covered balcony, one twin bedroom, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate wc.

Broadband Internet Access: Broadband fixed line available at this property providing clients with free access via their own laptop.
