Description
Lozica is a most attractive summer destination with private villas and summer residences owned by the wealthiest Croatians. It has a small shop 800 meters from the property and a supermarket 2km away. You can easily walk 200 meters to the local restaurant called 'Dubrovnik' which serves fresh fish and grilled meat with a good selection of local wines. Ten minutes drive is the fascinating and vibrant old centre of Dubrovnik, brimming with excellent restaurants, bars and boutiques. In the summer it hosts numerous musical and art events. The prettiest pebble beach in Dubrovnik is called Banje which is only five minutes walk away from the old town centre and its main town square 'Stradun'. You can visit the Island of Lokrum with a regular ferry from the old town harbor Porporela, or enjoy the beauties of Sipan, Lopud, Kolocep and National park of Mljet by daily ferry connections from Dubrovnik main ferry port.
This charming, small apartment is located in a wonderful secluded position right on the sea, only 5km away from Dubrovnik in the delightful village of Lozica. It is part of the owners house, but has its own separate entrance via its terrace with gorgeous sea views - access to a sunbathing terrace right by the water is only 15 meters below the house through the lovely, well cared for garden and down steep stone steps. From the terrace you can swim with just the sound of the lapping waves and birdsong around you.
This small one bedroom apartment is entered through via its lovely terrace with sea views, a table, chairs, sunbeds and parasol. You firstly come into a hall which leads to a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, plus tea and coffee making facilities. Off the hall is one double bedroom with sea views, and a shower room/wc. The apartment has air conditioning.
