History and sport one day, tradition and gastronomy the next, relax and recover the third! For example, take in a museum or church visit in the morning and go rafting in the afternoon. Stroll around a market, picking up hot baguettes, fresh cheese and ‘saucisson’ for a picnic before taking off on a marked scenic cycle route. Maybe a leisurely morning, plat de jour sitting outside in the sunshine and wine tasting after lunch is more your cup of tea!
