This spacious house is located in the typical Provencal village of Ceyreste only 5km from La Ciotat and 15Km from Cassis and its spectacular calanques. The property nestles on the edge of a pine forest. The town of La Ciotat boasts 6km of sandy beaches, fabulous calanques and the old centre offers a variety of traditional workshops and attractive markets. Also, the old fishing port will charm you with its terraces; cafes and restaurants. Cassis has a delightful harbour with good restaurants, boutiques and casino. The calanques, recently classified as National park are accessible by boat, foot or canoe – an ecologic and sportive way to discover the nature treasures. You are only 3 minutes drive away from the centre of Ceyreste where you will find restaurants, cafes, a grocery and a boulangerie. There are many other cities to explore from Ceyreste: Aubagne well known for its pottery; Bandol for its exceptional range of wines; Toulon for its colourful market as well as attractive picturesque villages.
You enter via a terrace with table, chairs and built-in barbecue to the open plan dining/sitting room. This room is very spacious, with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. There is an open fireplace, satellite TV, stereo unit and big French windows opening onto a shaded terrace and the pool. From the dining room, a door to the right gives access to the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a corridor with access to a separate wc, a bathroom (with jacuzzi bath) and a washing machine. At the bottom of the corridor is a large twin bedroom overlooking the pine trees and a spacious double bedroom with French windows and direct access onto the front terrace and swimming pool.
Stairs with a child gate rise to the first floor where there is a shower room/wc and a double bedroom. The house has broadband internet access and electric heating.
Outside there is ample space. At the back of the property one terrace faces the pine forest, whilst the terrace at the front is adjacent to the 8m x 5m. The property is quiet and not overlooked.
Broadband fixed line available at this property providing clients with free access via their own laptop.
