Description
This property is on an elevated position in a little village called Zavrelje only 1km from Mlini, and 9 km from Dubrovnik. It has wonderful views of Mlini, the sea and local islands. The nearest shop is just 600m, and only 1km away is the centre of Mlini with a lovely pebble beach, a number of bars and some excellent restaurants such as ''Lanterna'', ''Mlini'' and others which offers meat and fish menus accompanied by Croatian wines; you can also catch boats to Dubrovnik and some of the nearby islands. Cavtat is just 10 minutes drive; it is a lovely historical centre with a long coastal promenade with many restaurants (we recommend ‘Leut’) and a delightful marina full of smart yachts.
Dubrovnik is only 15 minutes drive away; it is a Unesco Heritage Site with medieval city walls, and narrow cobbled streets full of boutiques, bars and restaurants. From Dubrovnik there are regular ferries to the Islands of Sipan, Lopud, Kolocep and the fantastic National Park of Mljet.
The house is entered via a covered terrace with a barbecue, table and chairs to seat 8 and wonderful sea views. Inside is a hall off which is the fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A door leads to the living/dining room with sofa, satellite TV, DVD and dining table with chairs to seat 8; from here is access to a patio overlooking the pool. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with shower room /wc. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and two shower room/wc’s. Stairs leads you up on the top floor with sloping ceilings and two single bedrooms. The whole house is air conditioned and has broadband internet access.
In front of the house is the 7m x 3.5m swimming pool with outside shower and sun loungers. Off the pool area is a separate utility room with a washing machine.
Broadband Internet Access: Broadband Wi-fi available at this property providing clients with free access via their own lap top.
