Description
Villa Luka is a fabulous property which has been lovingly built and furnished by its owners. It’s bright, airy and full of character, with beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls. Split over three levels, the open plan living space is on the ground floor and includes a well equipped kitchen and spacious, comfortable lounge. A stunning bathroom with corner bath and hydro massage shower occupies the second floor, along with the utility room and a separate w/c. On the top floor, there are two fabulous air conditioned double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed.
Outside, the 1200m2 front garden provides plentiful space to relax and soak up the spectacular views. There is a covered terrace with built in barbecue and spacious dining area which overlooks the 8m swimming pool.
A walking path leads directly from the back garden to the top of Ucka mountain, the highest point in Istria, where you can enjoy fantastic views of the peninsula and even out to Venice on a clear day.
Labin, with its historical centre, is 10 minutes drive away and has a wide choice of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Gracišce and Pican, two of the most picturesque little hilltop towns in Istria, are just 20km from the house whilst beach lovers will head to Rabac, which is only 15 minutes away. Its Blue Flag beach is one of the most beautiful in Istria and is an ideal place for renting boats and indulging in watersports.
