Situated half way between the old towns of Avignon and Carpentras and of Orange and Cavaillon, with their wealth of shops, boutiques, restaurants and historic buildings, the property is within easy reach of the beautiful Luberon and Mont Ventoux regions. It is set in a rural village with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

You enter into a large entrance hall: On the right is a comfortable and large siting room with french windows to the lovely terrace with table and chairs. To the left of the entrance hall is the dining room with the open plan kitchen and breakfast area with dishwasher. To the rear of the hall, a passageway leads to the brand new bathroom, separate wc and laundry room with washing machine.

A flight of stairs leads to three double bedrooms, one of which has an extra single bed, and en-suite shower room/wc. On the second floor is a spacious games room equipped with Table football, Pool Table, Plasma screen TV with DVD player, hifi unit and fitness equipment as well as a sofa and armchair to relax. There is also a small kitchenette with small fridge and microwave and a shower room/wc.

The Mas has air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, wifi internet access and a cot.

The annexe has a large and attractive summer kitchen with barbecue, a fridge and a microwave and dishwasher. A door from the summer kitchen leads the a corridor with a shower room/wc and an open tread staircase gives access to a little sitting room and a door to the double bedroom. Because of the low windows upstairs, this part of the rental is not allowed to children under 8. The fenced and secluded swimming pool is 11.5m x 5.5m (depth 0.90m to 1.90m).

Broadband wi-fi available at this property providing clients with free access via their own laptop.

The Mas stands in the north-east corner of a walled and landscaped garden of some 2,500m2 with its pool, an ornamental fish pond, and garden areas laid to lawn to the south and a boule court to the west. The owners live in an apartment that is part of the house but which has an independent entrance and separate garden and is not overlooking.
