Located just an hour’s drive from both Bordeaux and La Rochelle, Les Ouzenauds has been built from traditional local stone yet is well equipped with all modern comforts. Both the kitchen and lounge have original wooden beams and exposed stone walls. In the house, there are two light and spacious double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, as well as a further single sleeping area in the upstairs hallway.
Les Ouzenauds has a large flowering garden which is delightfully peaceful and includes seasonal home grown vegetables which guests are welcome to pick. The 10m swimming pool provides the perfect opportunity for a cooling dip, whilst the terrace provides shade for outdoor dining. There are swings in garden and the owner can organise babysitting. Handcrafted wooden toys for younger guests are available. The converted barn provides ample car parking.
