Premiere Ete is a luxurious apartment sleeping up to 8 guests. Located in Le Moulleau in the area of Arcachon, only 300m from the 7km of sandy beaches and only 100m to the local village, with its stylish boutiques and trendy cafes.
Affair Travel is delighted to offer three luxurious apartments with their own car park secured by electric gates. All three with their own private terrace and private outside Jacuzzi. The building is divided into three separate and private accommodations.
Premier Ete is on the ground floor. The living/dining area is decorated in natural colours and materials, and offers comfortable sitting area and modern fitted kitchen equipped with the best technology.
Premier Ete has four bedrooms – two doubles and bunk beds on the ground floor and a set of bunk beds in the basement – the basement is accessible from the terrace. There are two bathrooms one on the ground floor and another in the basement and 2 WC’s.
Outside, a 40 m² terrace has a Jacuzzi, sitting and dining areas with plancha, it is protected by an electric blind. The rest of the garden is mainly planted with bamboos.
Along the centuries, the architecture of Bassin d’Arcachon has inherited different styles from something between the Orient and Louisiana, and offers a bright diversity to reveal something from elsewhere. This is the case with this impressive white and beamed building with pointed roof.
