Description
We proudly present you this charming villa situated in a beautiful location right by the sea on a little pebble beach where you will hear the gentle lapping of the waves and local birdsong from your bedroom. The rooms are sea-facing and the garden and pool are right by the water – the whole day you have this wonderful view of the crystal clear Adriatic. The villa is only 1 km from the charming Mediterranean coastal town of Supetar on the Island of Brac; this is a lovely place full of character, with delightful little streets, stone houses, colorful boats bobbing around the harbour and plenty of bars and restaurants. All this is just 15 minutes walk away. You should try good restaurants such as «Palute» and «Vinotok» where you can enjoy a wide ranging menu of grilled meat or fish accompanied by excellent Croatian wines such as Posip or Plavac. As well as a good selection of shops and delicatessens you can get fresh produce from the fruit and vegetable market. Only 30 meters from the villa you could stroll to a good restaurant called «Punta» which has outside tables from which you can enjoy your evening meal with views of the sun setting.
You can walk along the coastal promenade from the villa to a bigger beach just 200 meters away; 2 km along the promenade you come to the Hotel Kaktus with tennis courts and the boutique style Hotel Bracka Perla which has a Wellness Centre. Twenty five minutes drive away is the highest peak on the Island called Vidova Gora, at which is an excellent restaurant which has a terrace from which you can enjoy fantastic views over the surrounding islands. To the south of the Island (45 minutes) is the village of Bol with its famous Golden Cape beach as well as plenty of water sports facilities; to the west (20 minutes) is the lovely old town of Milna with a good choice of restaurants.
This splendid air-conditioned villa is built in modern, Mediterranean style with tasteful and quality furnishings. Facing west, you get wonderful sunset views. A 7m x 3m swimming pool with roman steps and solar outside shower is in front of the house; here you will also find a well cared for garden with rosemary and lavender plus barbecue, table and chairs.
You enter the ground floor into a spacious living/dining area with fireplace and under floor heating. Here there are a sofa, armchairs, dining table with chairs to seat 6 as well as satellite TV, DVD, and coffee table; from here you have access to the pool area. Open-plan to this is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and cooker; on the same level is a separate wc. Upstairs are two bedrooms; one with double bed and balcony, and one with two single beds both of which have another bed for a child that pulls out from underneath. Each bedroom has its own bathroom/wc.
