Description

Villa Vese is situated on an elevated position with splendid sea views in the charming bay of Ljubljeva just 2km from the little village of Vinisce; the last 200 meters is up a very steep incline. The house is just 20 meters from the sea. A beautiful sea view stretches from the house across the sea. You will find bars and shops in Vinisce as well as several restaurants such as 'Kupincica' that serve Dalmatian specialties. In the charming seaside village of Marina just 10km away, you will find more shops, a daily market, and other restaurants such as 'Sesula'. Only 20 minutes south is the delightful town of Trogir. A short drive north is Primosten set on its own peninsula, and a bit further is the Krka National Park with its fabulous waterfalls.

This well decorated villa has steps down to the sea which is 20 meters below. The property is on two floors, each with its own entry. You enter the ground level from the garden into an open-plan air-conditioned studio which has a double bed, satellite TV, kitchenette with cooker, microwave and fridge plus a shower room/WC.

Outdoor steps lead you up on the first floor. You enter into the living area from the beautiful covered terrace which has table and chairs and wonderful sea views. The living area is air-conditioned and has leather sofa, armchair and satellite TV. open-plan to this on a slightly higher level is a dining area with dining table and chairs to seat 7; adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine . Off the living room is a shower room/WC and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. The beautiful 500m2 garden is in front of the house and here you can enjoy outdoor barbecues. Via some steps is the 9m x 5m salt water swimming pool with amazing views, an outside shower and a covered terrace.
