The village of Le Pyla is nicely located between the south part of Arcachon called Le Moulleau, and the famous 500m long sandy Dune du Pilat, lined up with the Landes pines forest. All facilities are available from 200m from the house via a foot path.
Villa Chic is perfectly located, only 250m from the beaches of Pyla sur Mer. Villa Chic offers modern and spacious accommodation sleeping up to 14 guests, with a large heated pool and Jacuzzi.
Fully renovated and newly decorated in 2011, the 1970’s house stands behind its electric gates, at the end of a peaceful road.
The house is made up of a large main room with dining and sitting area, a great modern fitted kitchen and 7 bedrooms : 3 doubles on main floor, 3 doubles on garden level and a summer room by the pool, with independent access. There are 6 bathrooms in total and 4 separate wc.
The garden has been planted with pink and blue sweet flowers and mint smells all around. Several sitting areas have been arranged all around the pool, including an outside bar as well as a well equipped outside kitchen.
