Description
Villa ‘S’ sits right on the water’s edge, looking out towards the islands of Brac and Hvar. Modern and minimalist in style, the property has a well equipped kitchen and large living/dining room which opens onto a sea facing balcony. The main living space is on the first floor to capture the best of the views.
There are five en suite double bedrooms plus an extra lounge on the ground floor and a second kitchen and living area on the second floor.
Outside, there is a 5m sea facing swimming pool with outdoor shower, barbecue and large al fresco dining area. Only a few metres from the house is a gorgeous shingle beach which is sheltered and ideal for swimming.
Nearby Drasnice is a charming little village on the Makarska riviera, well known for its beautiful beaches at Brela, Baska Voda and Podgora. There are shops, restaurants and bars about 100 metres walk away from Villa ‘S’, with a larger choice in lively Makarska itself. From here, you can catch one of the regular ferries that go to Brac island. Split is just an hour away and is a fascinating and enjoyable town to visit.
