The town of Cazaux has the second largest lake in France and is located 17km from Arcachon where you can taste great oysters (and visit the casino!) and is even closer to the beaches of the Atlantic coast and the famous Dune du Pyla. The house is in a residential area and has grounds of 1000m2. 

A few shops and restaurants are easy walking distance from the house and a few more are a little further in the village. The lake and its banks, which is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the house, offers many activities from tennis to fishing, or water skiing and bathing for children. Around it is the forest of pine trees where you can go for walks or bicycle tours. Golfs  of Gujan and Arcachon are respectively 7 and 15 mins drive. This is an ideal place for families.

You enter this modern house, decorated in ‘seaside’ colours of blue and white, via the sliding glass doors directly into the living/dining room. This room has a dining table and chairs to seat 8, sofa and comfortable seating in front of the satellite TV with DVD, plus a kitchen area. The fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave and cooker; to separate it from the rest of the room is a bar and 4 stools. Off the kitchen is a utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. Off the main room is a corridor leading to four bedrooms. There is a double room with en-suite shower room which also has its own independent access, then a second double room with French windows opening onto the terrace. The two other bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed plus a single bed and one of them opens onto the terrace through French windows. At the end of the corridor are a bathroom and a separate WC.

Outside is a 1000m2 garden with a 10m x 5m swimming pool (depth 0.80m - 1.65m), which has steps and an outside shower.
